This lesson will show you how you can record a video of your slide presentation and have the audio picked up by the device's microphone, so that you can share that video to other apps, or even upload to the web.
NOTE: This feature will record audio from the device's microphone & mic input in the headphone jack. If you're playing a video, the built-in audio will not be recorded, so you'll want to be sure to turn the volume up on your device so the mic picks it up, or feed a master audio signal back into your device.
Tap "New Recording"
No recordings will show up quite yet, so you'll want to choose "+ New Recording" to get the app ready to start recording.
Choose "Start Recording"
Now that the app is ready to begin recording, simply tap the "Start Recording" button. You may want to present a slide or logo beforehand, so the recording doesn't start with a blank slide.
NOTE: Each slide will have a "snapshot" recorded, in order to save on file size. Things like slide transitions will be hard transitions, unlike the softer one you see when presenting, and if you swipe to hide the lyrics, they will not be hidden in your recording.
Choose "Stop Recording" to end
You'll notice the "Now Playing" slide will have a red border, and a 'REC' text will flash at the upper left, both indicating that the slides are now being recorded.
Once you're finished your presentation, you can tap the "Stop Recording" button.
Playback the video within the app
Choose any of your recorded presentations & press the Play button to play the video back from right within the app
